Regular boiler servicing is essential,  boiler servicing should be carried out on a annual basis, this is to ensure that your boiler is working correctly and more importantly safely.
If your boiler is covered under a manufacturers parts and labour warranty please note that the boiler must be serviced annually to keep your warranty valid.
All central heating boiler services are complete with a telegan print out this will show how clean your boiller is running, this print out should be kept with your boiler records and will give proof of services carried out like having a full service history on a car!
